By creating an account or otherwise using AfriVote, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using AfriVote on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use AfriVote to interfere with an election or event's integrity, attempt to vote more than once where not permitted, impersonate another person or organization, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform. Organizations agree to run elections, events, and campaigns in accordance with applicable law and their own governing rules.

Ticket purchases and campaign contributions made through AfriVote are processed by third-party payment providers. Refund eligibility for a given event or campaign is set by the organizing organization, not by AfriVote directly, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

AfriVote provides the infrastructure to run an election; the organization creating the election is responsible for defining its eligibility rules, timeline, and governance decisions. AfriVote is not a party to, and does not adjudicate, disputes over an organization's own election rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or attempt to compromise the security of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

AfriVote is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of AfriVote after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
